For almost a decade, I've been using podcasting as a space for real conversations. And as a tool for leadership, growth, and connection. 

Today, I support coaches, consultants and business owners around the world to find their voice and turn it into something real through their podcast.

My work is shaped by 15+years across media, communications, and education, teaching at Johns Hopkins University and working with global organisations. But more than anything, by doing this work myself, through many seasons of life (including raising three kids along the way).
