My Roots
Sunday mornings in my childhood home were slow in the best kind of way. My dad reading the newspaper. My little brother and I at the breakfast table. Through the window, a big nut tree swaying gently in the breeze. And always, the radio. My favourite interview show, two people, sharing breakfast, talking. That radio show is still live. And so is my love for voices and listening.
Voice
Voices helped me made sense of the world during my years in China. It’s how I hold space for others now, as a deeply invested listener. Voice isn’t something you have, it’s something you practice.
Today, I help people lead with their voice, on their own podcast, on other people's podcast, on a stage, in the meeting room, or simply in their next conversation.
